Agrafa (Greek: Άγραφα) is in Evrytania, Central Greece.It consists merely of villages and hamlets spread on the mountain slopes around the river Agrafiotis.

Epiniana Village
Asprorema probably the most beautiful canyon and the rougher of the region ,with length (6 km.) and depth (700 m.)
The wild landscape, the vertical cliffs and the canyons successively with rare sprouting, creating a landscape of unparalleled beauty.

The activities which can be performed in nature, are Kayak - rafting, horse riding, mountain bike, hike and ski at Ski Center of Karpenisi.
Despite their natural beauty, the villages are still virgin from touristic exploitation. There are some basic facilities in the bigger villages - family-run hostels and taverns.
Try traditional pies from vegetable pie to trachanopita. In abundance you will find in the area goat meat mostly served grilled.
Rare pleasure , the hot bread, smeared with fresh goat butter or fresh cheese. Women of the region also make delicious cranberry liqueur, blackberries, pomegranates and walnuts.
