Argolis or Argolida Greek: Αργολίδα is one of the regional units of Greece.
It is part of the region of Peloponnese, situated in the eastern part of the Peloponnese peninsula .
The regional unit Argolis is subdivided into 4 municipalities.

Argos ( Άργος-Μυκήνες) is a municipality in the Argolid regional unit, Peloponnese, Greece. Argos, rich agricultural town with great commercial activity is built in the center of the fertile valley of Argolid. It stands out for its neoclassical buildings, the ancient city, the imposing theater of the Hellenistic Age, and the Ancient Castle of Larissa.
According to mythology, it is considered the most ancient city of the world. It has significant archaeological monuments and a great Archaeological Museum
Mycenae
In the second millennium BC, Mycenae was one of the major centres of Greek civilization, a military stronghold which dominated much of southern Greece.
The period of Greek history from about 1600 BC to about 1100 BC is called Mycenaean in reference to Mycenae.

Palaea Epidavros (Old Epidaurus) is a little, calm and beautiful town on the coast of Saronikos bay, at the edge of a plain with olive and orange trees. In its picturesque port yachts and sailing boats tie up near the fishing boats.North, at a distance of nine km, is located the inland little town of Nea Epidavros (New Epidaurus), at 100 m altitude.
Ancient Epidaurus (Old) is a picturesque seaside village, but what makes the city more widely known, famous across the world, is the ancient theater, which hosts performances of ancient theater.

By Train: The Railway Station is located in the port. Connects Nafplio rail with Corinth and Piraeus. Tickets issued in the Station Wagon.
The route to Corinth lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
