Folegandros Island



Folegandros is a small Greek island in the Aegean Sea which, 
together with Sikinos, Ios, Anafi and Santorini, forms the southern part
of the Cyclades.
 Its surface area is 32 kilometers acerca square (12 sq mi) and it has 
765 inhabitants. 







Folegandros has three small villages, Chora, Folegandros, and Ano Meria, that are connected with a paved road.   
You can wonder around the narrow paved streets Panagia, Climb the Rock with its Panoramic View of the Aegean.

                                         Homemade traditional food can be travel you to time... 






Long nights drinking rakomelo(traditional drink raki with honey and cinamon...)and having different kind of mezedes(traditional delights)  in the squares of Hora.



The mild tourism development of the last 20 years has allowed the island to keep its character and physiognomy. 



The modern infrastructure and services saw tourism developed. 

There are hotels ,camping,rooms, e.t.c.

You can reach Folegandros by ferry from  Piraeus(Athens) - Milos - Santorini.
You can fly directly to Santorini and taking a ferry from there.
